Nancy Pelosi Stock Portfolio (Updated October 2026): Holdings and Recent Trades

Last updated: October 10, 2026. Covers every periodic transaction report filed through October 2, 2026 and the 2025 annual financial disclosure filed May 15, 2026. Trades are in accounts owned by her spouse, Paul Pelosi (marked “SP” in filings).

Key takeaways

  • 2026 has been buy-only. Every 2026 filing reports purchases or option exercises. The last disclosed stock sales were in late December 2025.
  • The new names are AI power and chips. The largest 2026 buys were Bloom Energy (BE) shares and call options in July, and Intel (INTC) shares and call options in May and July, alongside Uber (UBER) calls.
  • Long-dated call options remain the main tool. Most 2026 equity trades were calls expiring in 2027, or exercises of calls bought in January 2025.
  • Mega-cap tech is still the core. The 2025 annual report lists Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Broadcom, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Salesforce and Visa each at $5 million to $25 million.
  • Late-2025 trims. In December 2025 the account sold 45,000 Apple shares, 20,000 NVIDIA shares, 20,000 Amazon shares and 10,000 Disney shares, and donated Apple and Alphabet shares to a donor-advised fund.

Largest disclosed holdings

From the 2025 annual financial disclosure, filed May 15, 2026. Values are as of year-end 2025, so they already reflect the December 2025 sales but not the 2026 purchases above. The report also lists real estate, funds and private stakes; the table covers the largest listed stocks and options.

Pelosi versus the stocks Congress trades most

The most-traded listed stocks across all members of Congress over the past three years, from Capitol Trades as of October 2026 (Treasury bills, notes and single-member private LLCs excluded), compared with the Pelosi account's year-end 2025 position.

How to read these disclosures

  • They are late by design. The STOCK Act allows 45 days to report a trade. The Pelosi filings covering December 2025 through September 2026 arrived 7 to 30 days after each trade, so this is never a real-time view.
  • Amounts are ranges. A $1M–$5M band can mean a fivefold difference in size.
  • Options change the math. A call option position reported at $1M–$5M controls far more stock than the premium paid, and it can expire worthless.
  • Holdings are a yearly snapshot. The annual report shows year-end values; anything bought or sold since appears only in transaction reports.
